Hi, I’m sure I’ve seen this on here before but am unable to find it .. A friend has a new passport which has a different number to that on their uefa account should they change it when trying to purchase tickets or keep the original number .. any help would be truly appreciated

    It won't matter.

The ESTC team confirmed that the Passport number isn't being cross checked.

I'm in this situation and it worked fine for the group's and this sale.

In the sales guide, issued by the FA, for previous ticket sales, it states:

‘As passport numbers may have changed this is not information we will be checking for errors.’

    Hope this helps.
