EURO 2020

UEFA EURO 2020

CARERS TICKETS.

Has anyone got any information on receiving  carers tickets.  I received my Croatia ticket on Friday 4th June. I'm still waiting for Croatia carers ticket now 5 days later.

Is this normal procedure.

Any information would be appreciated.

I have the same issue. I got mine through UEFA not the FA. I think it's UEFA that issue all tickets anyways. They can be reached at support.tickets.euro@uefa.ch

I don't know James. I got Czech game with carers ticket in the ticket app. All 3 tickets arrived separately last Friday 4th June.

Pretty sure the ticket is for the carer only. The person requiring the access doesnt have a ticket as they are being looked after by the carer. I have 5 tickets on the app for 5 individual. games

Currently having the same issue but for the Scotland match. Received my ticket plus a carer ticket for the two other group games but for Scotland, just the one ticket for me. I’ve emailed UEFA multiple times but no helpful response. Anyone have any other tips to get this sorted in time for Friday!? Thanks!
