Reviews are not great, seems they are after a lot of your personal info for putting a ticket onto an app

I've just downloaded n signed up with no issues however it says no tickets linked to this email address.... It is definitely the right one and the same I have the email from uefa for each group game.
Is this because they just aren't available yet I presume?
    Anyone else get this?

From what Ive read the tickets wont be sent to your app until at least 5 days before the game. This may confuse many who expect to see their tickets on there already.

It was exactly the same for the mobile phone app used for the Nations League in Portugal in 2019. I downloaded that before tickets were issued and got the same message. The Euro 2020 tickets app is just a clone.

It might have been better if there had been two separate error messages :-

    1. The one about no tickets associated with this email address, which is appropriate where you have entered an email address which genuinely has no tickets.

    2. One which says UEFA have not downloaded the tickets yet.

However, they didn't design in two error messages, just the one. As the guys have said, your tickets will be sent to your phone at a later date and, when that has happened, you will no longer get the error message.
