EURO 2020

UEFA EURO 2020

Online Racist Abuse

How horrible is it seeing the media thriving off the the racist abuse that our players received last night? - there’s now no mention of how well our young team played in this tournament anymore.

England fans all around the world are being pointed at and classed as “racist” because some people sit behind fake social media accounts sending DMs to our players.

The thing that annoys myself personally are these fake accounts seem to be from other Countries themselves. I find it hard to believe that hundreds of English people would sit and write tweets/DMs or whatever thinking they would get away with it. Now days it’s so easy to trace someone, get their address, find out where they work etc.

Over the years of following England, seeing Jermaine Defoe score two against Holland when we were 2-0 down to seeing Sterling, Rashford etc scoring in the Euros/qualifiers, these players have sent us flying all over the terraces and we love them for it.

Roll on the away qualifiers/friendlies so that the loyal, genuine, travelling fans who love the lads to bits can continue to support them through good and bad times.

    In reply to Barry Pounder:

Where ever they’re from or whoever they are, they’re just idiots.

Imagine Saka, Rashford, Sancho, Sterling waking up now feeling like their Country hates them and hates them more because of who they are.

Well if they do, they couldn’t be more wrong! without these lads we wouldn’t be the team we are today and wouldn’t have had the tournament we’ve had without them
