EURO 2020

UEFA EURO 2020

Can I link tickets now

Does each of our party need to login and pay seperately or am I missing a way to put 4 tickets in the cart.

Any help much appreciated as I try to pay.

You need to add each ticket, fill in the details, then go back and add the next persons access code. Think the limit is 4, but I had trouble adding more than 2 for the Germany game so who knows...

When you add your ticket it says at the bottom to add more. Thos takes you back to the bit where you add the code. Do that 3 times and buy them all together. You need to their details like passport and fan number. Not sure if you can make them up but not worth the risk

There is a way to put 4 tickets in your cart and this is the only way of sitting together. Please see the FA Sale Guide.

    www.thefa.com/.../euro-2020-group-stage-sale-guide

Log in to the UEFA ticketing account of the lead booker. Key in his access code and follow the steps of the guide until his ticket is in the basket at step 5 but do NOT click 'Buy now'. Instead, click 'add more tickets / matches'. It will take you back to step 2 where you put in the second person's access code. Keep going around this loop until all 4 tickets are in the basket. Only then should you click 'Buy Now' at step 5.

Note that you will need to key in all of the details of the 3 guests at step 7. So have these details ready before you start as there is a time limit to complete the whole transaction. Do not omit this step or put in bogus details. If the details do not match those of the person to whom the access code was issued then you risk having the order cancelled.

Crap so I think I may have made the codes null and void by entering them in and then exiting out to link. Any suggestions?

    In reply to Ian Campbell:

Jonathan Coppin is right. If you didn't complete any of your transactions then the UEFA system will void them. The access codes will become active and you can try again. Leave it for 30 minutes then try again.

If you did complete the transactions individually then there is absolutely nothing you or the FA can do to link them. In this case, I hope you didn't purchase all of the tickets by means of a number of transactions through your own UEFA ticketing account. If your account shows you have bought multiple tickets for the same match in your own name then there is a risk that some orders may be cancelled.

Thanks we didn't add the EF numbers in the app as seemed optional. Is that ok?

Also I was able to buy 2 together (2 it's) but had 4 at one point, seemed bit glitchy.

I don't work for the FA or UEFA so I don't know exactly what happens if you don't fill in the membership numbers. I just know that the Sale Guide told you to do it in bold red script.

There must be some sort of cross-checking of applicant / guest details in the UEFA database with ESTC personal member details held in the FA database. This might be carried out by UEFA or the FA. It could be automated or manual. Let's be optimistic and assume that UEFA send an 'errors and discrepancies' file to the FA for Team England to clean up by manual inspection. If this were the case, then I would hope that Team England would be able to reconcile the details of yourself and your guests even though the flagged error was the absence of fan membership numbers.
