Ticket portal

Cant get my ticket because web page says Im not authorised to browse the page. Got access code but ticket portal keeps coming up error. Please help. Englandfans have turned their phones off so I cant get help.Very stressfull.Is anyone else havong this problem?

    I managed to get in but I only had 4 mins to buy 3 tickets.... it has kicked me out and I am now in the queue again. Not sure I can do it any quicker

    Have you tried different browsers and/or different machines and types of machine e.g. phone, laptop etc

    I had this problem yesterday. I cleared cookies and then browsing history but got same message. I then reset my WIFI modem and I got straight into Portal.

    Also, try on your phone but turn WIFI off
