Ticket sale - well that went smoothly!

Entered code bang on 1.00pm and it went straight through.

Ticket purchased within about 4 minutes.

Sales window 2 was great. I was done in two minutes. Two friends are still waiting for their access codes in window 3 though. Nightmare to get sorted during a busy working day.

Agreed, the easiest sale of the tournament so far. Access code emailed at 09 49, ticket confirmation emailed at 09 51, no issues at all and fans first tickets were left.

Had a chance to get fans first in the sale yesterday, gambled waiting till 10am today so I could sit with a mate in sales window 3 and we ordered two fans first bang on 10am. Thrilled to bits. Well done the FA.

Managed to get two tickets bought this morning in Sale 3. Absolutely made up to be able to get the Fans First tickets - thought they'd be long gone. By the time we've added on for trains and hotel, the cheaper tickets make a big difference to the overall cost of another trip.
The best thing though, there was no 'error' message and countless attempts to get past the Captcha code, just to find you've missed another ticket. Smooth as you like. Result.

Likewise. I got my ticket as soon as they went on sale yesterday and everything went smoothly. Thanks again.

Agree this was a far smoother process than earlier in the tournament.

All the Fans First were gone by 10:10 when the portal let me in so had to stump up for the cat 3 tickets.

The prices are all a disgrace (even the Fans First for the semis) but standard for modern tournaments to rip off the fans sadly.

    Have I screwed up here?

I was in window 4, email from ESTC said all fans first tickets were sold out. I’ve just logged in and the fans first category was available so I bought one. I’ve got the confirmation from UEFA. Have I just somehow bought something that doesn’t exist?

Luke it will be one of the extra tickets from the Danish allocation so you got luckier than some in window 3 !

Ahh I see! Cheers Richard. I originally had a ticket for all games but I had to take the refund option earlier in the year (thanks COVID!) Thankfully all sorted now but it’s left me languishing near the bottom of the pile so I’m overjoyed to have snaffled one.

85 Euros to watch a major sporting event semi final is a bargain in my humble opinion. Have you seen the prices for the later stages of Wimbledon, the Olympics (before covid struck) or British Grand Prix? Absolutely mind-boggling.
Even going to the O2 Arena to watch a gig is generally around the 100 sheets mark.
It's the Category 1&2 prices which are disgusting but people will still pay it and Uefa know it....

Got my email at 09:49 and completed purchase within 5 minutes. There was a slightly scary moment because when I had finished entering my payment details and the payment timer was on it returned an error and I could then not get back in. Starting again the app told me my access code had already been used (which I knew but I got the error after payment had been checked). I was just checking my bank to see that the payment had gone through (which it had) when at 09:57 I got my ticket purchase confirmation email and invoice.

In the separate EURO 2020 Tickets App it says "You will receive your mobile tickets closer to the match date" which I guess goes back to when tickets were on sale in 2019. Any idea when the tickets will come through to the ticket app? It seems like I've got to wait for another email to advise that the tickets have been released to the ticket app.
