EURO 2020

UEFA EURO 2020

Will I receive an access code for my child also?

I fall into priority sale window group 3 for the semi final tickets based on tonight’s e-mail, which guarantees me a ticket. However the email just has my name on it when originally I purchased for me and my 10 yr old (same caps total).

When I get sent the access code for my sale does anyone know if I’ll be sent one for his ticket too?

Hi Jon, for the Germany game, my daughters code was emailed to me about 20 mins after my access code came through. Once your ticket is in the basket, go back in with your sons access code and select his ticket, pay for both at the same time.

Lets hope so Paul...My sons never came through for the Germany Game. It might of been a cap thing as he does not have as many as me, But this time he is guaranteed a ticket albeit in Window 3

I chased them, but almost as soon as I sent the email, her code landed. EF support also replied with her code, by which time the tickets were already bagged.

Cheers mate. I’ve dropped them an email explaining the issue and with our fan numbers so hopefully hear something before my sale window on Monday.

I'm guessing you'll have to wait until group 3, prob best to email support and ask the question.

It's explained in this FA Bulletin :

If your friends or family are split across different Sales Windows, but you wish to purchase tickets together, you will need to buy in the later Sales Window

This is my position too. I received the email yesterday and my 15yo got one as well. I’m assuming that I just need his code and my own to buy two tickets on my account? I don’t need to log in separately as him?

(Maybe a silly question but I’m terrified of messing it up- would never be forgiven!)

Assume you've done this now but, if not, log in as you, enter your access code, choose which price ticket and add it to your basket. At the bottom left of the screen there's a "buy another ticket" link - can't remember the exact wording. Click that, enter your son's access code, select price, add to basket. Then click "Buy now" or words to that effect. It will take you to the next screen which will probably already be populated with your details for the first ticket, then you just add his details (name, passport number, FAN number) for the second ticket and proceed to payment.

News: Pop-up party a great success!

Jon Widdows from Chingford in Essex won a pop-up party at his house for the England v Costa Rica game on Tuesday, and said it was “one of the best Tuesdays ever!” He was able to invite 10 friends to his house for a party thrown by us, and...

blogs: Natalie Sawyer: Let’s hope England can bounce back like Brentford

As a Brentford fan I’m used to suffering disappointments and England need to summon the spirit of the Bees to bounce back stronger than ever. The season before last we missed out twice on promotion from League One – on the last day of the season and in the play-off final – and I know all the players said they didn’t want to go through that again. This time round we came second to go up automatically...

blogs: John Hemmingham: No shortage of memories despite the disappointment

There we were at the stadium in Sao Paulo, instruments in hand with 10 minutes to go until England kicked off against Uruguay – it was do-or-die time for the team and we’d been waiting for an hour to hear if they were going to let us play inside. Suddenly stadium officials came to us and told us we couldn’t take the instruments in – that’s when the panic set in. We couldn’t miss the...

blogs: Natalie Sawyer: Costa Rica will be a platform for performance

I was actually live on air the moment England’s exit from the World Cup was confirmed and it was a very odd few minutes. As a reporter you usually thrive on breaking news but this was so disappointing, so deflating for the nation that I almost...

blogs: Mark Wright: Fresh blood for three points?

As an England fan I’m trying to stay as positive as I can, but it’s difficult in this situation! I was at the Uruguay game and the atmosphere was incredible, even though the result wasn’t good at all. Roy Hodgson has made changes for the Costa Rica game and it’s time for some of the squad players to come in and show us what they can do. There’s no point playing the same guys who lost the...
