Ballot for semi and final, are voluntary returned ticket, members included in this

Apologies if this question has already been covered, I can't seen to find the answer.

I originally had semi and final tickets allocated via England fans application but due to the covid situation and uncertainty last year I chose to voluntarily return them and receive the refund.

I just wondered if I'll be included in the ballot system if we reach the semi and final, or totally excluded as I voluntarily requested refund.
