EURO 2020

UEFA EURO 2020

Euro 2020 ticket app

Hi all... Has anyone had their tickets appear on the app yet? Got my email confirmation immediately after purchase yesterday, on which it said tickets would appear in the app no later than 5 days before the match so was expecting it to appear today, but nothing there so far. Thanks.

Me neither - UEFA need to get a move on or they could end up with an empty stadium come Tuesday.

    In reply to Richard Alsop:

Are we talking about the actual tickets on our phones which we insert into the slot at the turnstile to gain admittance?
I haven't received mine yet for the Germany match, but I received the email a few days ago informing me that my application was successful and I have checked that the money has been taken from my bank account.

Afternoon, I purchased in the first round via the FA through to the UEFA portal with access code. Ticket purchase confirmation Thursday 24 June 13:04. I confirm as of now the money is confirmed as Out from my CC company (no longer pending) and not yet appearing on the EURO2020 Tickets App.

    Will wait longer... Carry on.

    In reply to michael ryan:

If your boys are 18 or over then they are expected to have their tickets on their own phones. So, all 3 of you will need to download the app and register your personal details to use it.

If your boys are under 18 then it is accepted that their tickets can remain on your phone. But, if they have their own email addresses and compatible smart phones it will still be easier for your group to have the tickets on 3 different phones. The alternative is to try to pass one phone between you at the turnstile.

Any adult in your party who does not have an email address and a compatible phone has to go to the Wembley ticket office with ID on match day to get a paper ticket.
