Just send us good old fashioned paper tickets that appear to have worked for the last 50 years.
My club have tried to implement an E season ticket or something like that, this idea lasted for 24 hours and then a choice has been offered for E ticket or card, this is the better option to give the paying customer a choice

Has worked well for touts at least. There's been noticeably much less touting going on so far for this one, and we don't have the usual newspaper stories quoting tout websites selling tickets for several grand.

I can understand that Stephen. Are you going to London early for Scotland game? That is the game I’m going to and hopefully the final as well BIG if we make it there of course. See you there and it’d be good to see you mate.

The use of the Club Wembley tier does seem a little surprising. I went to the League One Playoff Final - a Blackpool fan :) - and there were 3 price categories. Category 1/2/3 were £55/£45/£35 and the CHEAPEST £35 ones were in the Club Wembley tier. For that game there was no beer on sale in Club Wembley tier - whereas I believe there was in the lower tier - and some have suggested that was why they were the cheapest category. Obviously I don't know if it's going to be similarly 'no beer' for the Euros.

I thought Cat 2 were on the corners, and that Club Wembley was the seats dead in the centre area. or does club wembley stretch that far ?

Thanks again for the advice David.
The tickets are now on my phone and the bar on the screen marked "Log Out" is no longer there and so presumably this was programmed to disappear once the tickets were in place.

Yes, the same allocated all cat 1 for group games. All top tier as far back as row 29. 185 euros thought I would be lower tier half way line. It was the same for Champions league final. I had cat 3 fantastic seats between goal and corner flag lads who had €500 tickets up in the Gods.

This is the best seat plan I have found as it gives the rows and seat numbers. Tells me that I will need to bring binoculars for my cat 3 Croatia ticket however!

blogs: Graeme Le Saux: adaptability and focus will be key on the Manaus pitch

I’ve played on some shocking pitches in my time – I remember playing for Chelsea in ‘the battle of Stamford Beach’ against Charlton back in 2003 and the condition of the surface can often play into your favour if you’re the home side. There may be a slight advantage for the South and Central American sides, but for England against Italy it is a level playing field – pardon the pun...

blogs: Tim Vickery: Italy’s tropical trials could lend a hand to England

A few days ago I was on the Rio underground when someone came up to me to give me his World Cup predictions. He recognised me from my appearances on Brazilian TV, and he wanted to tell me that there were two teams that were going to spring a surprise in the World Cup: France, and England. Many in Brazil lost patience with England after South Africa 2010. The feeling over here before that tournament was that England...

blogs: David Stone: Not even the mighty Amazon can hold us back

I've been back in England for a few days now and had the chance to reflect on what was yet another cracking away trip with the Three Lions. The Honduras game, as many predicted, was a very tough affair with the referee offering England limited protection against some rather nasty tackles. The result, while disappointing, did not particularly matter to be honest. It was far more important that England had a good...

blogs: Tim Vickery: Protests vie with World Cup feelgood for centre stage in Brazil

Last Sunday I commentated on the match between Italy and Brazilian club side Fluminense, staged in Volta Redonda, a hundred miles or so outside Rio. The match kicked off at 5.30pm in the afternoon. I arrived at the ground six hours earlier - and already there were plenty of supporters gathering. Many of them were Fluminense fans. Others had Italian affiliations. But lots had come (and at the equivalent of nearly £30...
