UEFA EURO 2020

Finding out status of UEFA Ballot Tickets

A friend of mine had 4 tickets to the England Scotland game and for the final through the original UEFA ballot. He hasn't got any emails yet saying they are canceled. I thought I saw someone on here say if you logged into your UEFA account you could see if your tickets had been allocated and which had been refunded. However when we login to the ticket portal all we see is the page to enter the access code (I presume where you enter this if you were lucky in the ESTC ballot - which I wasn't). Anyone got any ideas? Sorry if this has been answered before...

Hoping no news is good news as our group of 8 had 36 tickets across all the games at Wembley pre-Covid and now if these ones are canceled as well we'll be left with just one ticket from one 10%er who got lucky in the ESTC for the Croatia game (but will now be going on his own!).

Get him to click on his name in the top bar once he’s logged on and then check orders.

Thanks Gary. Foudn that page now.. Its still clear as mud but I think we "just" lost the final. On the tickets tab it now only shows the Scotland game (Tickets 50 Euro each) and it says allocated but at the bottom of the screen it says "refunded" but when I click into that PDF it only shows the credit note for the final (95 Euros each). My friend still hasn't received any email and we used my card and I don't have a refund for anything so its all very confusing.

This morning (Mon) I received an email from UEFA telling me "some or all" of my tickets remain valid. (I had been successful in the original public Ballot for all 3 Wembley group matches).

I hit the "My Tickets" key, and queued for about 40minutes to access the UEFA site.

I still have my Czech ticket, but lost the Scots and Croats tickets.

    Here's the email:

    "Dear Richard,
The ballots for UEFA EURO 2020™ tickets relating to new stadium capacities have finished.
We are happy to inform you that some or all of your tickets remain valid. To view your valid tickets, log in to the ticketing portal.

    MY TICKETS

How will I receive my tickets?
    All tickets are mobile tickets.
Please note, even if your delivery method was previously confirmed as paper tickets, they have now been changed to mobile tickets. This decision was taken to ensure tickets arrive in time despite the changing conditions of this tournament. An email will be sent with ticket distribution details closer to the tournament.

When will I receive my tickets?
Your tickets will be sent via the UEFA EURO 2020 Mobile Tickets app closer to the tournament, no later than 5 days before match day.

You will receive an email with instructions about how to download the official mobile tickets app.

    IMPORTANT
If you download the app before receiving your download invite e-mail, your tickets will not be visible in the app. If you wish to see your valid tickets, you can log into your UEFA ticketing account.

I have tickets for multiple matches – will I receive all tickets at the same time?
No. If you have tickets for multiple matches, your tickets may be sent at different times. You may receive tickets for one match on one day and tickets for another match, later.

Should the evolution of the pandemic result in a further reduction of stadium capacity, impacted ticket buyers will receive a refund of the face value of their tickets in accordance with the UEFA refund policy for UEFA EURO 2020™.

We hope you enjoy UEFA EURO 2020."
