UEFA EURO 2020

Passport Numbers

Is anyone aware if we have to update a new passport number in our UEFA account prior to buying our tickets or do they cross reference our ticket application only with our ESTC account? I've looked in my EUFA account and I'm unable to locate my passport number or any way of updating it but know we will need to supply it to apply for the tickets today. The new passport number was supplied as part of the application process to ESTC when renewing a few months ago so there's a concern it won't correspond with what EUFA may have on file. I seem to recall in the past people having issues with this.

Thanks in advance, Ken.

This is taken from the sale guide published by Team England yesterday "As passport numbers may have changed this is not information we will be checking for errors."

Log into your UEFA ticketing account through the portal on this page.

    support.tickets-euro2020.uefa.com/.../360032919832

Once in your account, there is a 'Profile' tab in a box on the right of the page. Click it. This takes you to your personal details. Part way down is the passport number. If this is out of date then enter the correct new number. Remember to click 'Save' which is right down at the bottom of the page.

It's not possible to check the passport number held by the FA. You'll have to email them and ask them to check or change it. But there is no urgency as the numbers held in the FA and UEFA databases don't have to agree at this point in time, although they will have to be brought into agreement at some point. Indeed, don't bother Team England about this at the moment because they are going to be absolutely swamped by queries about missing ballot emails and ticket purchase problems following the recent ballots.

Just for information anyone else with with issue you have to log in via the links on this thread. I was logging in on the UEFA website through a Google search. Doing it this way didn't give me the option to change my passport number.
