This seems to be Scotland fans who bought Hampden tixkets in the UEFA General sale in 2019.

Does seem that we will be purchasing thickets from the FA and not UEFA, if I'm reading between the lines correctly. Not sure if I'm reading it correctly or not?

If you’re successful, you’ll receive an access code which I assume will be used to purchase from UEFA, not the FA

    In reply to Andrew McCarthy:

Yeah that’s what I would expect given the access code aspect. Wonder if we will have to buy each game separately or if we can just combine all successful games for one purchase.

It was just sentences like "our phone lines will be operating etc". I will assume that's correct though the access code is for UEFA.

I had tickets for a game at Hampden in the general sale and got the email from UEFA saying tickets canceled. Also had Eng vs Sco, one of the Semi's and the Final but have not heard anything yet on those so hoping that is a good sign.

Does anybody know if you get an email if you are successful in a ballot ? Im sure Im not alone keep having to peek at my mailbox through my fingers !

What Uefa have said is that the ballot will be finished by May 24th at the latest. So still 2 weeks to go yet.

    In reply to Peter salnicki:

If you are referring to the UEFA ballots, their FAQs say

The results of the ballot will be communicated to every ticket buyer via email during May. In this email, ticket buyers will be informed whether their ticket(s) will remain valid or have been cancelled.

Regarding the ESTC ballots, the latest news bulletin says that we will receive emails later this week confirming whether or not we've been successful.

Some of my tickets were through the UEFA general sale and a ticket number has been added to them today on the portal. I’m presuming that this is in preparation for the ballot.

Hi Christopher that ticket number has always been there, as I just checked a screen shot i took a year ago. But the ballot has started so lets hope we all get lucky. Uefa have said it will be completed by the 2nd half of May.

Hi Peter, just out of interest I've just logged into my UEFA ticketing portal and while I haven't got a ticket number next to my tickets, it does say "Ticket Allocated". Does yours say the same by any chance?

Mine didn’t have one until this week. There’s always been an order number but it now has a ticket number too. Hopefully we all get to know this week one way or another.

blogs: Tim Vickery: Gold-standard stadiums but the infrastructure looks green around the gills

Some may say that Brazil’s new 2014 stadiums have turned out to be ‘anywhere arenas,’ robbed of their local identity. It is an understandable point of view. A year on from its re-inauguration, I still can’t make my mind up about...

I’m old enough to have experienced the first-team shirt numbers as 1-11, and No3 was always the left-back. To receive that shirt at World Cup 98 was very special. There have been some greats and you can’t dwell too much on the significance...
