    Only the lead applicant.

When UEFA issue emails in late January saying whether the application has been successful, this email will also only go to the lead applicant. It is the lead applicant who must pay for all of the tickets : his mates will have to pay him back. If there are knock out matches on the application and we don't qualify for that knock out round then it is the lead applicant who will receive the refund on the knock out tickets. He will have to distribute the refund to his mates.

Only the lead applicant enters their email address.

The details you need for other group members are:
    First and Last Name
    ESTC fan ID number
    DOB
    Passport number
