EURO 2020

UEFA EURO 2020

1st General Ballot seating

Hi,

I have already been allocated Cat 1 tickets for both the R16 matches that England will likely be in (Copenhagen and Dublin) for me and my son. However, I'm worried that we will be surrounded by neutrals. This might be a stretch, but is there anyone else who has Cat 1 tickets for these matches and is willing to share their order number so we can use the 'seat with' feature, to hopefully ensure that this isn't the case?

Hi Brett, you cannot link general public sale purchases with applications through the Travel Club. The whole purpose of the Travel Club allocation is that you're sat with members.

Yes I understand that. I was just asking in the off chance that someone had purchased tickets in the general sale and wanted to link tickets.

The general public sale last summer closed on 12th July. After that date, you can't edit your application. I would expect this to mean that you cannot add a Group ID to your application in order to sit next to another group. You can test this by trying to open your application and edit something (but DON'T press 'save changes').

    In reply to David Lilley:

They have changed it since the first ballot so you can add another group's order number after you have purchased the tickets.

    In reply to Brett Christie:

That answer is from the UEFA FAQs for fans applying in December for England tickets from the FA allocation. Groups in the Travel Club will be able to sit together using the Group ID.

As I suggested, try entering your own application from last July and see whether it will permit anything to be edited.
