EURO 2020

UEFA EURO 2020

Ticket address

My brother got 2 tickets for England v Croatia in the general public sale (not a fan club member) and he’s moving house in January and he has no clue how to change his address for the tickets with UEFA?!?!

Any suggestions please? Looked at small print in website and stated you can change ticket address but neither of us can actually find the option!!

Thanks in advance

T

Not an answer am afraid, but it's weird that general sale tickets are posted out (are they?) and our sale is app only.

Tell your brother to log in to his UEFA.com ticketing account ? Once in, on the right hand side there ought to be a box including several links. I would expect that one of the links would take him to a page which includes his postal address. Try the link "Order History". I can't guarantee that this will work as I, myself, don't have an order history from last summer's ticket sale.

David, this doesnt affect me but its driving me mad did i read somewere few weeks ago you had to have been to a cap earning game in the 2018 campaign to be in the ballot but in the FAs latest bulletin it says anyone whos been to 1 home or away game since 3rd sept 2016 will be entered into the ballot

    In reply to Carl Padley:

Yes, that puzzled me too. The rule is that the member must have been to at least 1 cap-earning match in the 2018-20 campaign. The same bulletin also says

With three home and three away matches to be played before December, you have the opportunity to earn up to 12 caps before Euro 2020 applications open.

which is bo11ocks because the bulletin was published on 15th November. I suspect that there may have been some careless 'copying and pasting' from some earlier documents.

blogs: Graeme Le Saux: adaptability and focus will be key on the Manaus pitch

I’ve played on some shocking pitches in my time – I remember playing for Chelsea in ‘the battle of Stamford Beach’ against Charlton back in 2003 and the condition of the surface can often play into your favour if you’re the home side. There may be a slight advantage for the South and Central American sides, but for England against Italy it is a level playing field – pardon the pun...

blogs: Tim Vickery: Italy’s tropical trials could lend a hand to England

A few days ago I was on the Rio underground when someone came up to me to give me his World Cup predictions. He recognised me from my appearances on Brazilian TV, and he wanted to tell me that there were two teams that were going to spring a surprise in the World Cup: France, and England. Many in Brazil lost patience with England after South Africa 2010. The feeling over here before that tournament was that England...

blogs: David Stone: Not even the mighty Amazon can hold us back

I've been back in England for a few days now and had the chance to reflect on what was yet another cracking away trip with the Three Lions. The Honduras game, as many predicted, was a very tough affair with the referee offering England limited protection against some rather nasty tackles. The result, while disappointing, did not particularly matter to be honest. It was far more important that England had a good...

blogs: Tim Vickery: Protests vie with World Cup feelgood for centre stage in Brazil

Last Sunday I commentated on the match between Italy and Brazilian club side Fluminense, staged in Volta Redonda, a hundred miles or so outside Rio. The match kicked off at 5.30pm in the afternoon. I arrived at the ground six hours earlier - and already there were plenty of supporters gathering. Many of them were Fluminense fans. Others had Italian affiliations. But lots had come (and at the equivalent of nearly £30...
