what is the ticket number by the way - I can't find it (probably being blind!)

Just got through on the phone. Apparently there are a whole heap of error messages people are experiencing. By 1pm, these should all be cleared.

Hope they are going to re-set the membership numbers as mine ended up saying I have used my allocation

I spoke to Ticketmaster and they said they would book it for me, but no guarantee it would work!! Stroll on!!

Just managed to do mine fine now online.

Its working now. Looks like they've moved to a new payment system for this one. Process was different but worked fine for me.

Still can't get tickets, saying one of the members I've allocated has used their allocation

still saying, ive already exceeded my amount. What a toss site. ringing up instead

I rang up  and they re-set my order, went back online and bought  2 no problems

I am in and I have purchased the tickets but it also says the kick off is at 12.00am??

I know it is late in Spain but surely not midnight!!

Hello fellow frustrated englandfans!!! The site kept telling me i had, had my full allocation so i rang up and got my tickets plus a confirmation receipt from the FA!!! I asked the lady on the other end of the phone and she said they are doing upgrades/maintenance work to the s@@te site! I said WHY are they doing this work on a day we can get tickets??? She did not have an answer! Keep trying lads adn lasses!!!

Finally!!!! - Got 3 tickets and allocted ok on the website - looks like they have finally fixed it!!!!

This is the first time ive got an away ticket, so is there organised travel or do you just book flights yourself ????

@ Paul Robinson, there's no organised trips, most will sort themselves out. Thomson Sport do trips but they are pretty pricey for what they are, otherwise Sportoptions generally do day trips which are decent but again on the pricey side (price of convenience etc).
