2nd Chance sale
For any members of the England Supporters Travel Club who were unsuccessful in the ballot or who missed out on registering their interest for this game any remaining tickets will be sold in a 2nd chance sale from 12 noon on Monday 23 February 2015.

Important Information
We have been advised by the Italian Football Federation that all tickets must have the name of the ticket holder printed on them in accordance with their strict ticketing policies. The ticket holder will then be asked to produce photo id (membership card/passport etc) at the ticket turnstile to verify their identity. If anyone is unable to provide photo id or their id doesn't match the name on the ticket then they will be refused entry.

The FA will provide the names of all ticket holders to the Italian Federation on the 10th March. We would hope to receive the printed tickets from the Italian Football Federation very shortly after this date but as this is close to the match there is a possibility that they may not arrive in time to be posted out. If this is the case then the match will revert to 100% collection for all ticket holders with those who selected delivery of their tickets receiving a refund of this charge.

Ticket will only be issued following a successful security check. The FA reserves the right to amend the method by which tickets are distributed to supporters.

Also in the past when I have ordered by phone I've never had a confirmation email so I wouldn't worry too much
