EURO 2020

UEFA EURO 2020

Moving ticket app to a new phone.

I have a new phone and I want to install the app on it. I'm really reluctant to delete it from my old phone as I already have my tickets for the final on there.

Can't find anything on UEFA about lost/stolen/broken/new phones.

I changed my phone just before one of the group games and it was all fine. Just make sure you download the app onto new phone and can see your ticket there. I kept the app on my old phone as well just in case ! It was showing in both phones for a while. Good luck !

For the Germany game we had tickets under various email addresses. In terms of managing our tickets we just kept logging in and out of the app on two separate devices. So just install the app on your new phone. Probably a good idea to log out of the app on your old phone.

Trying this and sounds ridiculous but can't find a way to log out ! I click on the 'logged in as xyz' but nothing happens ??

    In reply to Martin Parkes:

It does work but it's a bit 'hit and miss'. Tap the 'logged in as xyz' gently at various places within the wording. There is a sweet spot which opens the logging out dialogue but it may take quite a few attempts to trigger it.
