UEFA EURO 2020

Possible to link tickets and access code expired

I am trying to purchase a ticket for the Germany match for my girlfriend on my girlfriends account, I was trying to link the order to my order so we have tickets together but now that doesn’t look possible, it seems the access code has now expired, I’m getting the already been used or cancelled message,

Do the access code’s expire?

Ive emailed the supporters club but am worried I’ve ****ed up.

Anyone shed and light on this?

Cheers

To sit together you needed to purchase the 2 tickets together on the same order as you can't link sperate orders for this match. My understanding is that you have entered your girlfriends code and then not completed the order the code can't be used again for 30 minutes as the system thinks its in your/her basket still. Try again after 30 minutes but doesn't look like you will now be able to get seats together.
