EURO 2020

UEFA EURO 2020

Obtaining a match ticket as a neutral.

If it is not possible to attend a match, or obtain a ticket, for one or both of England's Round of 16/Quarter Final due to being unsuccessful in the ballot or Covid quarantine restrictions, am I allowed to apply for a ticket through the UEFA  ticket channel in order to attend a Wembley match between two neutral teams?

You can apply for a ticket to any match that you don't already have a ticket for.

It is a UEFA rule that you cannot have two tickets to the same match, both for yourself. This meant that you weren't allowed to buy a conditional ticket through the FA for any round if you already had an unconditional ticket from UEFA for the same round at a venue where England could qualify to play. When UEFA decided to cancel and refund all conditional tickets, it became no longer possible for this problem to arise.

Robert Lawson had “always dreamed of going to a World Cup to watch England” and now for the 19-year-old, thanks to winning an England Supporters Club competition, that dream is a reality. Robert won flights to Sao Paulo, accommodation in...

blogs: Sue Smith: Never mind the heat, it’s the humidity that gets you

Everyone’s talking about the temperature and humidity in Manaus and of course it’s going to affect the players, but they will have gone through every method to make sure they are in the best possible condition to cope. I was reading that they were in saunas on their breaks and wearing jackets in training and that’s the same sort of things we tried to do in China at the 2007 World Cup. People talk...

blogs: David Stone: Roy's Q & A embraces the fans

Following Wednesday's match we spent the evening out with a load of Ecuador supporters in the Clevelander club on South Beach. Interestingly enough, every member of their group lived in the US and had flown into Miami because it was a chance to see Premier League players. I suspect this was the case with most of the Ecuadorean support, living up to the saying 'you've only come to see the England!' The...
