EURO 2020

UEFA EURO 2020

Euro 2020 Ticketing App

Has anyone received an error message after entering the access code that says that their ticketing account is being used on a different phone and to log out of that prior to logging in again? I’ve just had this come up and can find no way around getting in to my Ticketing App as I’m not using it on any other device.

Any ideas? I’ve emailed Uefa Ticketing Customer Service but they’re not being very helpful this far.

Cheers

Log into your UEFA ticketing account. In the box on the right, click 'Profile'. Now look to see what phone number is showing in your profile. If it's wrong, edit it. Remember to click 'Save' right down at the bottom of the page.

    Hi David
When I got my tickets last night my wife's phone number is also linked to our email address ?
And it shows up on the ticket portal with my phone number to ?
I have the ticketing app and that has my phone number registered with the email address ?
Can't see where I can take her number off ?

    In reply to David Deighton:

Are you saying that you and your wife share an email address ? If so, you won't be able to transfer her ticket to her phone because the transfer system requires different email addresses. You could open a new email account just for these purposes.

The Wembley stewards have been told not to let in someone whose ticket is on another person's phone unless that person is a child. If you don't want to open a new email account then you will have to go to the Wembley ticket office on match day with ID, explain the situation, and get a paper ticket for your wife.

Don't worry about your wife's phone number appearing on the ticket portal. I don't think that's significant. Log in to your UEFA ticketing account. In the box on the right of the screen, click on 'Profile'. On your profile page, check that the mobile phone number displayed is yours. If it is the right number on your profile, that is what counts.

Chad. Have you checked the ticket portal to see if your phone number is correct? Failing that I would log out of the app and then back in.

Had the same issue. I contacted the app developers using the email address on the play/apple store. They sorted it in about an hour.

You can download the app by clicking the link at the bottom of this webpage.

    www.uefa.com/.../mobile-tickets-app

Open the app, key in your email address and touch 'Continue'.
You will be sent an email with a registration code. Key that into the app and touch 'Continue'.
The next page is for you to register your personal details.
Your ticket will then appear in the app as if by magic.

blogs: Tim Vickery: A World Cup in every sense

Two World Cup Finals are being replayed in this week’s 2014 semi finals. The Germans seek revenge for their 2-0 defeat in 2002 when they meet Brazil – amazingly only the second time these giants have ever met in the tournament. And Holland were the closest – so far – a European team has ever come to winning the World Cup in South America when they hit the post with almost the last kick of normal...

blogs: Sue Smith: England can bounce back

There’s no doubt England can bounce back – the women’s team did it after the 2007 World Cup by going all the way in Euro 2009. Although we lost against Germany in the final of those Euros, there was a sense of achievement and progress...

blogs: Graeme Le Saux: Cool-hand Luke can handle price-tag

Having a hefty price tag can weight heavy on your shoulders – it certainly did for me when I moved back to Chelsea in 1997 for £5.5m. At the time I was the most expensive English defender and there was a lot of pressure that came with that. I found it quite hard and Luke Shaw now finds himself in a similar position after moving to Manchester United for £30m. It does make you look at things differently...

blogs: Graeme Le Saux: It’s time to give England’s players a break

There’s no doubt England’s players will be disappointed with the way things panned out in Brazil, but they deserve a break after the mentally exhausting season they have all had. They’ll feel like they are coming home prematurely because going into these tournaments you always think that you’re good enough to progress, so to lose their first two games and be out of the World Cup this early will...

blogs: John Hemmingham: Fresh faces give us cause for hope

In my years following England I’ve seen some great players come and go – and teams rise and fall. I can say with pride that I saw every game David Beckham played for England and I have also been privileged enough to have seen all of Frank Lampard and Steven Gerrard’s appearances. Watching the Costa Rica match it was hard to think that it might be both of their final appearances. I remember Gerrard...
