EURO 2020

UEFA EURO 2020

Ticket transfer

Hi

Can anyone help please, the lead Booker

For my ticket for Croatia game has sent me my ticket to my email address on the ticket app, but it is saying no ticket available for this email address. The only thing I can think has gone wrong is when he applied for the ticket he has made a mistake with my email address. Does anyone know a way round this so I can download my ticket to my phone

The lead Booker can click into the app, click top left corner and ‘transfer history’ and sense check your email address.

I’d then go into your app and double check your email address is consistent.

Beyond that I’m sorry but someone else may be able to help
