UEFA EURO 2020

UEFA EURO 2020 Contact Number?

I need to get in touch with UEFA regarding a ticket problem I have. Does anyone have their phone number please?

I've sent them a message yesterday, but I don't hold out too much hope in them replying before the deadline on Friday! Trying to navigate round the UEFA Crystal maze to find it is proving too much.......done in!!!

Cheers

If you have messaged them via the ticket portal, I have found its hit or miss how quick they reply. Sometimes a few hours if they think its urgent or easy for them to answer. Sorry I dont have a phone number, Im sure there isnt a general one advertised for the ticket office though.

    In reply to Peter salnicki:

David Lilley quoted a Swiss one a few days ago.

    It's on here somewhere.

Best I can suggest is have a look through some of the threads in here until the ever helpful David logs on.

You don't say what your problem is - perhaps you've already raised it on another thread. I'm assuming that you're having problems actually purchasing your ticket and that the ideas suggested on various other threads haven't worked for you. Try to buy the ticket again this morning before you take any other action.

The only UEFA phone number I know is for UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland : +41 848 002 727. Try asking for fan support. I have never tried this number myself and I don't even know whether there is a fan support team there. The switchboard operator might put you through to someone who can help or might tell you to use the online messaging facility, which you have already tried.

I suggest that you also phone Team England on 0800 389 1966 and say this :

    1. Explain your problem. If you have already spoken to them about it before, refer to this and mention the advice you were given.

    2. Tell them what you have done and/or what you intend to do regarding contacting UEFA to resolve the problem and any reply you've received so far.

    3. Put this request to them as politely as you can. If you cannot get the problem resolved before the ticket sales window closes on Friday, would they set aside a ticket from the second ballot and assign it to you. With a completely new access code you would hopefully be able to complete a purchase successfully.

You need to make this phone call to Team England today in order to put down a marker. Their latest news bulletin said that anyone who did not take up their ticket from the first ballot would not be entered in subsequent ballots for that match. By phoning today, before the sales window closes, you can let them know that you are aware of this rule and you are not trying to pull a fast one.

Then, phone Team England again tomorrow, after the sales window has closed. Refer to today's telephone call. Tell them either that the problem has been resolved and you have bought your ticket or that the problem has not been resolved and could they please adopt your suggestion about a ticket from the second ballot.

I can't commit Team England to say 'yes'. But they are a good bunch of people who will help fans if they are able to do so.

    In reply to David Lilley:

If you do need to contact UEFA, the number David wrote above is the correct one (+41 848 002 727).

I called them a few weeks back to ask about whether the deadline for refunds was being extended for the R16/Dublin game when they confusingly had two deadlines for returns 22 and 26 April ... but the announcement on venues, ballots, everything was on 23 April. Obviously it became irrelevant - but the phone helpline was good - they were knowledgeable, friendly, helpful.

Craig - just a reminder that if you ring Switzerland just check your phone charges first ! I might use it myself someday .

Thanks Dave and the rest of the lads for the information. Much appreciated. I phoned the FA again and followed their advice. Managed to get my problem sorted. Cheers.

blogs: Graeme Le Saux: Youth or experience for second Miami test?

The game against Honduras tonight is the final chance for a player to stake their claim for that World Cup opener against Italy next Saturday, and warm-up matches are key - just look at Michael Owen at France 98. The build-up to this tournament and that one 16 years ago is similar in many ways because there was a lot of experience in that England squad that I played in, and Michael really burst onto the scene. It was...

blogs: David Stone: Marvellous Miami is just like I pictured it

I've been to the US a few times before, but Miami really lives up to every cultural stereotype you can think of. It's big, bright and brash, not to mention full of hordes of identically-dressed, beautiful people. I’ve been to watch the Miami Marlins, the city's baseball team, in a local derby against the Tampa Bay Rays. While the stadium itself was two-thirds empty, the dozen or so England fans there...

The fitness of the Uruguay striker permitting, England have a date with Luis Suarez on 19 June. First, though, comes an encounter with his namesake on Saturday. Honduras are coached by Luis Fernando Suarez – a man who England fans have cause to...
