Missing tickets

I have tickets for Croatia,

Scotland and the final but just logged onto the Uefa ticket portal and it said I only have tickets for the final. I haven’t returned Croatia or Scotland so they should be showing up. Has this happened to anyone else? The news about follow my team tickets being cancelled shouldn’t effect this. Wondering if the travel club have already done the ballots and I’ve missed out
