You get the group id at the end of the process.

It's only needed if you want to sit next to another group.

If you're booking for 4, you don't need a Group ID code. You can put all 4 people on one application.

This code is for where there are more than 4 of you. As the maximum number of people on an application is 4, the code allows 2 groups (up to 8 people) to link their applications and therefore sit together.

Cheers David, I’ve ordered all 4 via my application, just thought would have to add their access code somewhere in the process ?

Is it only the 2nd group that needs to add the 1st group’s Group ID? Or does the lead member for the 1st group need to go back into their order and update it with the 2nd group’s ID?

    In reply to nathan barton:

Only one of the groups needs to input a group ID on their application.

Any application can be edited and amended up to 18th December. So, either group can give their Group ID to the other group, who then edit their application by adding this ID.

If the applications haven't been submitted yet, the most natural thing is for one group to apply first. The confirming email will include a Group ID. They then give this ID to the other group who apply second and input this ID on their application.
