UEFA EURO 2020

Souvenir tickets

Despite the UEFA FAQs saying that souvenir tickets will be available for applicants who are granted mobile phone tickets, there is nowhere on the application to request them. It doesn't bother me. But, if it's important to others, then why don't you contact UEFA and kick off about it.

    In reply to Peter salnicki:

The UEFA FAQs give the impression that all tickets sold through the fans' December sale will be delivered by mobile phone app : not just for England, but for all participating countries. There are FAQs relating to mobile phone tickets but none relating to paper tickets.

But, at the moment, no other stadium seems to have a mobile ticketing app like the Wembley app in the Google Play store or the iPhone store. I would have expected that there would be test events at the other stadiums in March. We've seen from the Nations League and the England v Montenegro match the problems associated with these apps. The problems are not technical but relate to how to familiarise fans with the use of the app, and what to do regarding ticket holders who do not have access to a compatible phone.
