EURO 2020

UEFA EURO 2020

TICKET APP ISSUES

I've been transferred a ticket and the app is saying I'm logged elsewhere (which I'm not)

Any ideas?

UK number for UEFA customer services?

There is no UK number for UEFA. The only number is for their HQ in Switzerland : +41 848 00 2727

Some fans have phoned that number and have been able to get help.

I think that I've previously seen a thread by someone with a similar problem to yours. UEFA "reset" their account and everything worked fine.

I had a different problem where I cannot login to the app and I found this page support.tickets-euro2020.uefa.com/.../360022034799-I-cannot-log-in-to-the-app-What-should-I-do- . It didn't help much :-(

But, I clicked the contact us at the bottom and filled in the form with my problem details. Got an automatic email back almost straight away acknowledging my request.

It was the only way that I found to contact anyone today.

After much worrying and pacing about, I got a reply after 3 hours and they are trying to help me out.

    Good luck

Hi pal did you get this sorted. I'm locked out of the APP and its saying I'm using the APP on another device. I've sent an email to UEFA but not expecting a quick response on a Sat night.

Did anyone find a way of getting any help with this from UEFA? No one is responding to emails at UEFA today, it seems.
I still cannot get into the app and kick off is fast approaching and it looks like there is nobody in at UEFA to help.
I sent an email to the supporters club and they told me to go to the ticketing centre at the arena and find a UEFA rep.
Whether they will be able to help, who knows? I'll have to take a leap of faith and go down there soon.

blogs: Graeme Le Saux: Youth or experience for second Miami test?

The game against Honduras tonight is the final chance for a player to stake their claim for that World Cup opener against Italy next Saturday, and warm-up matches are key - just look at Michael Owen at France 98. The build-up to this tournament and that one 16 years ago is similar in many ways because there was a lot of experience in that England squad that I played in, and Michael really burst onto the scene. It was...

blogs: David Stone: Marvellous Miami is just like I pictured it

I've been to the US a few times before, but Miami really lives up to every cultural stereotype you can think of. It's big, bright and brash, not to mention full of hordes of identically-dressed, beautiful people. I’ve been to watch the Miami Marlins, the city's baseball team, in a local derby against the Tampa Bay Rays. While the stadium itself was two-thirds empty, the dozen or so England fans there...

blogs: Tim Vickery: Honduras and Professor Suarez lie in wait for Hodgson's hopefuls

The fitness of the Uruguay striker permitting, England have a date with Luis Suarez on 19 June. First, though, comes an encounter with his namesake on Saturday. Honduras are coached by Luis Fernando Suarez – a man who England fans have cause to...

Somewhere in-between the nerve-racking qualifying campaigns and the unbearable tension that surrounds a major tournament there occasionally lies a perfect storm of happy sentiment that surrounds the England team. Whether it's Peter Crouch's robot...
