EURO 2020

UEFA EURO 2020

Top tier to bottom tier.

I’ve been assigned bottom tier and my missus has been assigned top tier.

does anyone know if her gate d ticket will be able to be scanned in at gate f to get her in with me?

surely there’s someone who has tried it, I’m hoping the turnstile just verifies the ticket is real and not what gate it needs to be used at.

if not anyone who is looking for a top tier ticket in return for a lower one would be much appreciated.

I’d be willing to swap my top tier for a lower if interested?

No, it won’t work. Know people who have tried this and you just get an error message at the turnstiles

Note of caution, they’ve been moving people around. We got shunted from lower tier to upper tier just before Wednesday game, and already been moved blocks once since getting allocated the ticket yesterday

blogs: Graeme Le Saux: Youth or experience for second Miami test?

The game against Honduras tonight is the final chance for a player to stake their claim for that World Cup opener against Italy next Saturday, and warm-up matches are key - just look at Michael Owen at France 98. The build-up to this tournament and that one 16 years ago is similar in many ways because there was a lot of experience in that England squad that I played in, and Michael really burst onto the scene. It was...

blogs: David Stone: Marvellous Miami is just like I pictured it

I've been to the US a few times before, but Miami really lives up to every cultural stereotype you can think of. It's big, bright and brash, not to mention full of hordes of identically-dressed, beautiful people. I’ve been to watch the Miami Marlins, the city's baseball team, in a local derby against the Tampa Bay Rays. While the stadium itself was two-thirds empty, the dozen or so England fans there...

blogs: Tim Vickery: Honduras and Professor Suarez lie in wait for Hodgson's hopefuls

The fitness of the Uruguay striker permitting, England have a date with Luis Suarez on 19 June. First, though, comes an encounter with his namesake on Saturday. Honduras are coached by Luis Fernando Suarez – a man who England fans have cause to...

Somewhere in-between the nerve-racking qualifying campaigns and the unbearable tension that surrounds a major tournament there occasionally lies a perfect storm of happy sentiment that surrounds the England team. Whether it's Peter Crouch's robot...
