Iv been put into TBC rather than sale 3 when I didn't return my ticket! Can anyone help with this?

    Phone the FA. You'll have to queue for a while but they will sort you out if they can.

    TBC ? Did you have a wheelchair or easy access ticket ? The FA has not yet been informed of our allocation for this class of ticket, hence the TBC. They say that they will email affected members later, when they are told the allocations by UEFA.

    They replied stating that I returned my ticket although I have confirmation that it was never returned

    Been on hold an hour but can't really do anything other than wait I suppose
