Spain v Italy and Covid

Hey, I have a couple of tickets for the semi tomorrow and have my negative lateral flow test result but it doesn’t provide me with a code to enter on to the nhs app. Just checking if it’s okay to just show the text or email of the result or if it needs to be on the app? Also, if anyone happens to have a spare fans first ticket to sell for the game tomorrow please let me know as was looking for and extra one for my dad. Thanks!
