EURO 2020

UEFA EURO 2020

Tickets bought under the same name for kids

Hi, I only had 4 mins to get the transaction of 3 tickets and codes completed. The first time round I got chucked out before I could complete details. The 2nd time I quickly entered my own details to finish in the 4 mins. Will these tickets get cancelled as I need to amend them to my kids names now?

No mate, as long as you got the receipt through you're good. You'll get the tickets through to your app and you just need to either transfer them through to your respective kid's phones or scan them in at the gate.

Similar question; bought a disabled ticket and carer as well as my son’s fans first ticket but had to put the lead applicant on both the disabled ticket and fans first ticket (could allocate carer to another person).

I’ve had the disabled tickets arrive in the app but not the fans first ticket yet, will this come through later even though it’s the same order number?

Looking at the Sale Guide issued by the FA, I think that your order may be at risk of cancellation. I recommend that you phone Team England asap on 0800 389 1966.
