UEFA EURO 2020

Uefa tickets app (semi final)

Morning all, just after a bit of advice really, I managed to secure my fans first ticket for the semi final & have received my purchase confirmation email from Uefa.

How long until the tickets drop into the tickets app ?, if I remember it was around a week for the group games but obviously we don't have that long for this one.

Has anyone received the tickets in the app yet & how long should I wait ?, Who do I contact if they don't appear ?

For the L16 it was a couple of days maximum before the game for the ESTC ones.

As long as you've got the purchase email, seen the funds debit your card and can see the tickets in your UEFA ticket account you can relax.

Sale Window 3 does not close until 1 pm today and, if there needs to be a Sale Window 4 to clear any unsold tickets, the deadline for finishing ticket sales is 7 pm today. I would not expect tickets to be sent to mobile phones until the earlier of 7 pm or when all tickets have been sold. So, sometime later today, I would guess.

I got my semi final ticket via the general sale last Monday and didn’t get my ticket until just after the final whistle on Saturday. But as Matt said, as long as you’ve seen the money leave your account and have the confirmation email then you can relax Mike!
