  Some people have had more luck using their phone to log onto the Portal rather than a PC etc.
  
  I used my PC this time, no problems, very quick.

  I had that same message for the Germany game and for the semi. On each occasion, 1 minute later the confirmation pinged through. Very odd. I actually contacted UEFA last time just to double check it had gone through ok and it was fine.

  Same error came up for final tickets. Just check your orders and tickets in account for confirmation. Should be few mins delay but will appear.
