EURO 2020

UEFA EURO 2020

Email from ESTC says I didn't apply for semi and final tickets originally but invoice I have from last year proves otherwise.

I applied for semi and final tickets through the ESTC back in 2019 and I was successful before the pandemic hit and all our tickets were cancelled. I've still got the invoice from UEFA to prove it.

Strangely, I just received an email from the ESTC saying I didn't apply for the semi and final back in 2019.

I applied for easy access tickets so I wonder if that is why?

Anyone else have the same issue?

You said you applied for easy access tickets, Sulaiman.

The details from the ESTC tonight specifically say: "We are still awaiting confirmation on how Wheelchair and Easy Access tickets will be sold . All members who originally applied for these tickets will be emailed separately on Sunday 4 July with further instructions".

That may make sense I had the same issue and mine would be a wheelchair space , fingers crossed that is the reason

I got this email about an hour ago. Thankfully, seems like the confusion was due to an error.

    "Hi there,

You may have received an email from us informing you that you did not originally apply for wheelchair/easy access Semi-Final tickets for Euro 2020 through the England Supporters Travel Club.

This was an error and we will email you tomorrow with an update.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

    Kind regards,

    England Supporters Travel Club"

I'm sure (and hope) you will both be fine, the original email did specify about wheelchair users, the club have been fantastic about tickets so far, so I'm sure you will both be there!
