EURO 2020

UEFA EURO 2020

UEFA Ticket Portal

Anyone else experiencing long periods of plain white blank screen on UEFA site? Tried the turning off Wifi trick and not working…. Presumably too many people on at one time? Any hopes of a third "rushed" sale.

I have the same problem. Can't get past the white page. (Had the same problem all day yesterday). Same problem on my phone, so I assume it's not a Windows version/browser issue.

Use 4G or VPN (sometimes you need to refresh page)

Thanks. It was worth a try!

Same issue with 4G. I just get a white page. I've managed to get in to the ticket portal with no problem at all before (prior to yesterday in fact). Since then all I get is the white page on phone or laptop.

Have tried refreshing numerous times. Have tried clearing cache/cookies each time..... doesn't seem to change it.

Pretty frustrating this morning, since I'm trying to use the ticket code!!

Keep trying, all Cats still available. I think a lot of fans bought from the UEFA sale.

Had the same issue, tried numerous devices laptop, phone and tablet. I eventually got connected and got my ticket using the code. Try coming off wifi and using 4g as mentioned above also logging in and out of your account on uefa's website. Best of Luck

Heard that happen a few times, Check your account on UEFA as well as the tickets may show as purchased in there. Alternatively, a call to ESTC will be required!

    In reply to David Wickstead:

I'd read somewhere, in the ESTC notes on troubleshooting in the UEFA portal, that it will reset itself after half an hour. This wasn't quite for this scenario but, hopefully you may be able to find it working shortly.
