EURO TICKET APP

Hi all,

Purchased tickets through round 1 of the ballot app but my tickets aren’t showing in the EURO ticket app?

Anyone else having the same problem?

It's not a problem. The tickets haven't been sent yet. UEFA will want to sell all of the tickets before they get their computer to allocate seat numbers. Only then will the tickets be sent via the mobile phone app.

You will get an email from Uefa when your ticket is ready to view in the app Callum.
