Yup, every PC website I tried went to 502 error or Bad site.

But on the 4G phone, no problem.

    Thanks to Shaun Hunt. :)

Continuing to get it today on my phone. Both on WIFI and 4G. Have cleared cookies and cache. Still that error message. Even if I get a code for tomorrow’s ballot I’m not sure if I’ll be able to use it.

I had this issue yesterday but eventually got connected on my phone. Have you tried connecting to a different WIFI network? I was shopping in LIDL today and connected to their WIFI and was able to access the portal! Also, when I got home I managed to connect through my iPad after tethering it to my phone even though it was still failing on my home WIFI.

blogs: Tim Vickery: Can England pass Peru's back three test?

When Peru narrowly failed to make the World Cup in 1998, their coach was Juan Carlos Oblitas, a winger from their side of the late 70s and early 80s. Oblitas remains an important voice in the Peruvian game – and he is not happy with the squad that...

blogs: Tim Vickery: Prototype Peru may prove just as welcoming to England as Wembley itself

Peru have not only been invited to Wembley this Friday to give a South American flavour to England’s World Cup send-off. Presumably, the idea is that the fans will go home happy and the team will get a pre-tournament morale boost. Only goal difference...
