    It was fine up to about 13.30, then the code came up a short time afterwards

    I was getting this but tried again a few minutes ago on my phone and managed to get connected (although at the same time couldn't connect on my PC), suspect the system can't handle all the traffic. Hopefully be ok for you later.

    I had a problem too. In the end I switched off router and connected to my iphone on data as a hotspot. worked fine.

    I think it’s to do with the way the link refers you to the site.
    If you go to euro2020.com/tickets then it seems fine and avoids the 502 error. Worth a try.

    Bought ticket on phone about 1 pm all fine , tried to get on this afternoon at home on WiFi 502 error switched off WiFi used 4 g all ok managed to get straight back on for my missus ticket
