EURO 2020

UEFA EURO 2020

2 codes - both tickets in my name, unable to edit details.

Hi, I used 2 codes for my girlfriend and I, got 2 tickets, I'm worried that I couldn't amend personal details and both are in my name. Could anyone advise if this will be OK? Thanks in advance.

If you and your girlfriend both got sent access codes and you used those codes in the same transaction to buy 2 tickets then you will be OK. By the same transaction, I mean you clicked on 'more tickets' and got the second ticket before you went to the payment screen. When UEFA send the tickets to your phone, just transfer one to your girlfriend's phone and keep the other for yourself.

If you completed one purchase including payment and then went back into the system for the other ticket, i.e. two transactions, I'm not sure whether the system will pick this up and block it in some way. If both tickets arrive on your phone and both are marked 'non transferable' then contact the FA for guidance. If they're transferable then just transfer one of them.

If you can't transfer to another phone, you can still transfer one ticket to her name, and you will have to pass the phone back through the turnstile once you are in.

The stewards have been instructed not to allow 2 tickets on the same phone unless the second ticket is for a child. If you have a ticket on your phone for an adult who doesn't have a compatible smart phone, you are required to go to the Wembley ticket office with ID to get a paper ticket.

I would guess that this would be the FA's advice to Philip if the tickets arrive on his phone and they are not transferable.

If you have to get a paper ticket that's a bonus you get a souvenir without having to pay for it
