EURO 2020

UEFA EURO 2020

No Access Code

Has anyone else not received their access code?

I’ve emailed them but not convinced I’ll receive a timely response. No chance of getting through by phone either.

Everyone needs to remember that you will only have been sent an access code if you had a ticket from the original December 2019 ticket sale. Members who were unsuccessful in the original ballot will not get their access codes until 10:00 am tomorrow.

We both had tickets in the original sale in 2019, on the same order, but only one of us has received a code

I had tickets from the original ticket sale. They were confirmed in Jan 2020 right? After UEFA had validated the ballot?

Same here. Previous R16 ticket holder through the supporters club and therefore believe I qualify for this first sale but no access code. Second attempt on hold on the phone now. 45 mins last time before battery died!

Apparently they will answer my call shortly :-)

Also emailed and no reply as yet.

50 mins on hold to ESTC for a 60 second conversation to be told it looks like a number of us who had tickets from the original allocation have been missed off the spreadsheet.

I was told that ESTC have kept a number of tickets back to cover this type of issue so anyone in the same boat should be covered.

Advice was to email the usual address and outline your issue. Remember to include your FAN number.

blogs: Graeme Le Saux: Youth or experience for second Miami test?

The game against Honduras tonight is the final chance for a player to stake their claim for that World Cup opener against Italy next Saturday, and warm-up matches are key - just look at Michael Owen at France 98. The build-up to this tournament and that one 16 years ago is similar in many ways because there was a lot of experience in that England squad that I played in, and Michael really burst onto the scene. It was...

blogs: David Stone: Marvellous Miami is just like I pictured it

I've been to the US a few times before, but Miami really lives up to every cultural stereotype you can think of. It's big, bright and brash, not to mention full of hordes of identically-dressed, beautiful people. I’ve been to watch the Miami Marlins, the city's baseball team, in a local derby against the Tampa Bay Rays. While the stadium itself was two-thirds empty, the dozen or so England fans there...

blogs: Tim Vickery: Honduras and Professor Suarez lie in wait for Hodgson's hopefuls

The fitness of the Uruguay striker permitting, England have a date with Luis Suarez on 19 June. First, though, comes an encounter with his namesake on Saturday. Honduras are coached by Luis Fernando Suarez – a man who England fans have cause to...

blogs: Sue Smith: Striking a balance is key during a World Cup

Building up to a major international tournament is strange because you’ve spent so long preparing and then all of a sudden you’re playing in a World Cup – you don’t even think about it you just do your job. I would like to think...

blogs: Marios Papaloizou: Football’s friendly fire is my favourite time of year

Somewhere in-between the nerve-racking qualifying campaigns and the unbearable tension that surrounds a major tournament there occasionally lies a perfect storm of happy sentiment that surrounds the England team. Whether it's Peter Crouch's robot...
