For ID purposes Team England say you need your passport or photocard driving license. If you don't have either then you can try your membership card.

For every UEFA or FIFA tournament they say you need ID. I have never been asked to show ID, even in Russia. Maybe they only ask for it if they are suspicious that you are trying to use someone else's ticket.

The FA guidance was to take a passport or driving licence ie something with a photo but no-one has asked for any ID in the two matches I've attended. They didn't even ask for the proof of Covid vaccination at the Scotland game but they did at the Croatia one so you will need to have done a negative LFT or prove you've had 2 vaccinations on the NHS app.

    In reply to Ian O'rourke:

It's really only needed if there are issues with your mobile ticket, such as your mobile phone breaks. Then you need to go to the ticket office and sort it out with your ID. Most people have driving photo ids, so it's not a problem.

If it helps I've got an old passport and a photocopy of a new passport.

Neither have been requested so far.

blogs: Tim Vickery: Prototype Peru may prove just as welcoming to England as Wembley itself

Peru have not only been invited to Wembley this Friday to give a South American flavour to England’s World Cup send-off. Presumably, the idea is that the fans will go home happy and the team will get a pre-tournament morale boost. Only goal difference...
