Successful for tickets help

Hi

I am very lucky to have been emailed saying I have been successful in the ballot for Czech Republic. I originally had two tickets for the game for me and my friend who is also a ESTC member.

Can I buy tickets for both of us?

    No, it’s one ticket per access code. You can only buy tickets for your friend if they also received a successful ballot email

    Do you know at which point you enter the access code. Looking at ticketing site the access code can be entered at the top and then press add tickets, whereas down the page have the various games on sale with buy tickets box that you can click on. Just want to be ready from when tickets go on sale
