EURO 2020

UEFA EURO 2020

Ticket returns

I have 2 tickets for Tuesdays game and I’m not now able to attend. To save me trawling through endless FAQS does anyone know if it’s possible to return them ‘legally’ and get a refund? Thanks.

UEFA won’t take them back that’s why we only had 18k at the first game, good luck on swapping them to someone

Thanks guys... in my case my father has passed away so I guess I could be considered a ‘medical reason?’ I will call Team England tomorrow and enquire and to be fair the loss of the money is no hardship but the fact I have 2 tix that someone else could use doesn’t sit well with me :(

Has anyone tried the "ticket kept for your name". I am having to self isolate according to T&T so can no longer go to the game ... so I am trying to transfer to another ESTC member. it lets you update the name etc ... but not sure whats meant to happen after that!!

    In reply to Jon Sandles:

You can transfer a ticket to someone else if you are unable to attend for medical reasons. It certainly seems legitimate to claim that being ordered to isolate by the NHS Test & Trace service is a medical reason.

I've never seen anything from UEFA explaining how to do the transfer in these circumstances. It's a bit too close to the match to email UEFA for guidance but if you are prepared to pay for an international phone call, their number is +41 848 00 2727. In case UEFA offer to do the transfer for you, have available your mate's full name, address, date of birth, passport number, mobile phone number, and email address.
