EURO 2020

UEFA EURO 2020

“Keep or Transfer “

I have purchased my Scotland ticket for Friday and downloaded it to the ticket app. It has shown me my seat etc and now I have two options “ keep or Transfer “

I must say the seat isn’t great for €125 so was wondering if I press transfer, it means finding another seat or it would mean I would lose the seat I had and also the match ticket if I pressed transfer?

Anyone know please?

Transfer is to transfer the ticket to another person. The seat you have is the seat you have.

I think if you press transfer it goes to a lottery style lucky dip and you could end up with a seat in Baku though..

Come on guys, let's leave the "wind ups" to facebook.

Danny, 'Keep' means keep the ticket for yourself and 'Transfer' means transfer it to somebody else. The transfer option is in case your order included more than one ticket to the match because you were going with someone else. All tickets would be sent to your phone, as the person who submitted the order. You would then transfer one of the tickets from your phone to your mate's phone.

There is no option to reject the ticket because you don't like the seat you've been allocated.

You need to touch 'Keep' and then enter your personal details on the screen that will be presented to you. The ticket will not work at the stadium if you haven't done that.
