UEFA EURO 2020

Additional Tickets Secured for England v Scotland

We are pleased to announce that we have managed to obtain an additional allocation of tickets from UEFA for England v Scotland which takes place on Friday 18 June 2021.

Due to the short space of time between now and the match taking place, the sale will operate on a first-come-first-served basis to ensure all tickets are sold.

The ballot will be conducted using the 70/20/10% rule, however, more members will be given access to the sale than the number of tickets we have available to ensure that all remaining tickets are purchased.

Those who are successful in the ballot will be sent an access code.

Please be aware that you will only receive an email if you have been successful in this ballot. If you have not received an email by 12 midday on Wednesday 16 June then, unfortunately, you have not been successful in this ballot.

We will communicate the results with members no later than 10am on Wednesday 16 June.

Please be aware this ballot is for Scotland only and an access code is not a guarantee of a ticket.

The sale will run from 1pm on Wednesday 16 June until they are sold out, via UEFA's Ticketing Website.

For more information please read our latest update.

Yeah, same here. Then got Czech in second ballot and Scotland today.

Got code this morning from ESTC to say had been succesful in the ballot, so tried it straight away and it worked.

It's certainly been an emotional roller coaster if anything!

If R16 is at Wembley then should be less bother at 45,000. Think everyone who had tickets for Dublin will be a dead cert for tickets, then a few left for ballot after.

Good luck to ya, pal. I had one for Dublin as well but that was obviously cancelled. I’m stumped with how all of the ballot process works so it’s just hoping for the best at my end!

Has anyone noticed that the access code box has now disappeared from the UEFA ticketing portal?

Think you'll be golden for R16 mate. Believe there were only about 5000 of us with tickets for that game.

ESTC allocation for groups was about 2500 I think, so at 50% capacity we'll get double that which will mean we should all get one.

Think it's been the fairest it could have been mate. Those with the highest caps weighed in first, then those who have done 5 homes and two aways and on highest caps, then everyone else.

Missed out on tickets for Montenegro Away and Kosovo away because I was a low capper, built them up over time and got the reward for it.

If you keep going to games then Qatar tickets will be no bother for you, all got to start somewhere pal.

Hope you’re right! I thought I was back in the 10% bracket again for the R16 game.

To those late to the thread, it looks like the access codes went live immediately, and the tickets got sold then - the no access code box now might be just to stop people spamming it looking for more tickets.

blogs: Ian Fenwick: England emerging for bright future

I’m someone who is lucky enough work within the FA and the one thing I can say from my experience is that the future of English football is amazingly bright. Of course it’s not enough to always say that the things are going to be good in...

blogs: Tim Vickery: Belo Horizonte a fair setting for England’s new beginnings

Last time the World Cup came to Brazil, England went to the city of Belo Horizonte to be humiliated; it is the scene of that notorious 1-0 defeat to the United States. Perhaps humiliation is too strong a word this time. After all, England’s 2014 World Cup campaign has been marked by single goal defeats to former world champions, whereas back in 1950 the pride of the old First Division went down to what essentially...

blogs: Graeme Le Saux: England can bounce back if they take a few risks

After the disappointment of the last two games, it’s vital that England take risks against Costa Rica. We don’t need two holding midfielders, Roy Hodgson has to start Adam Lallana over Danny Welbeck and we should switch to three men at the back. There was a clear opportunity against Uruguay and Italy to go to a back three – it would have allowed us to put some of our inventive players into more creative...

blogs: John Hemmingham: Let’s blow our own trumpet for once – come on England!

I’m used to blowing my own trumpet but not when it comes to predictions – I think we’ll get a result against Uruguay, but I thought we’d beat Italy 4-0! You’ve got to be optimistic as an England fan, sometimes it’s blind optimism but if you do what we do you have to believe. I’ve been following England with the band for 18 years now and it has always been the same. Roy Hodgson...

blogs: Tim Vickery: Uruguay may raise their game away from Fortaleza furnace

In the build-up to the World Cup a Uruguayan company launched an imaginative advertising campaign. Draped in a sky blue sheet, the colour of Uruguay’s shorts, the ghost of 1950 wandered around Rio frightening the locals – no one ever here needs reminding that the last time the World Cup was held in Brazil, Uruguay walked off with the trophy. So there was an element of Brazilian joy at Uruguay’s humiliating...
