UEFA EURO 2020

Entry Conditions for Wembley

Has anything been announced yet regarding the entry conditions for Wembley?

I haven't seen anything about the requirement for Covid tests etc. I am expecting it to be the same conditions as for the Riverside with home lateral flow tests being accepted but given that we are only a week away from the tournament starting it would be good to get some clarity.

I got early train from doncaster so well happy just wonder what they will do with late arrivals surely this is just a guide time, no way would i want to be that early Matt

Yeah I'm fortunate that I've got some early Donny trains too.

Quite a mix of entry times I've got. From 0.5 minimum to 2.5 hrs across the three matches.

I guess we need to remind ourselves we're lucky to have this tournament going ahead and us being present at all.

Likewise one game I can't get that early and was bought on the understanding that the KO is the KO. If Middlesbrough is anything to go by you will be through the turnstiles in seconds. So I'd rather not be sat in an enclosed environment for longer than necessary.

I’ve looked at my tickets and it has a 3hr time slot. Does that mean I can arrive at any time in that slot?

Yes it says 11:00-14:00 for first match. Maybe because it’s a disabled ticket perhaps.

Also what is the keep button & do I have to press it?

    In reply to Will Taylor:

Yes it sounds as if you've got a longer slot right up to kick off.

On my, non disabled, tickets I've pressed the keep button on the first ticket, for each game, for me and then forwarded the ones for others to their registered email address.

They surely can’t turn you away if you arrive after your time slot. They would have had to put that in the ticket T&C’s I would have thought? David Lilley I’m looking in your direction

The exact wording for Wembley is as follows:

     Entry time slots

To keep everyone safe, we have created entry time slots for every ticket holder. You will have a 30-minute window to arrive at the stadium. These slots have been created so that we can follow social distancing guidelines and we strongly recommend you follow them for a stress-free arrival.

Ive put in bold the bit that people may have their own interpretation of

This bit (in terms of what you need to take to Wembley) is interesting
