EURO 2020

UEFA EURO 2020

TICKET PURCHASE

Is anyone else struggling to get through the ticket purchasing process ?  I get as far as putting mine and mates access code in, adding his name (modify ticket holder) and then after pressing continue it says loading with the circle turning -  after 20 minutes times me out.

Am i doing something wrong ?

... 'not ideal' is an understatement. Each ticket has it's own access code. I don't think you can buy the ticket if you don't key in it's individual access code.

Philip, I have 2 UEFA accounts and I think you might be the same. One account is for information alerts. Every so often I get an email from UEFA saying that the Champions League round X is in 2 days and isn't it all very exciting. The other is a ticketing account. You may have looked for the passport field in your information alerts account.

In the ticketing account, there is a box on the right with a tab marked 'Profile'. That will take you to a personal details page. Your passport number is there. It can be edited if it is out of date. Remember to click 'Save' at the bottom of the page.

If you are in the process of buying your tickets from the reduced allocation then the link provided by the FA in their news bulletin puts you into the ticketing account. If you have completed that process and exited, you can log into your ticketing account through the portal here :

    Hi David,
When I go into my profile it gives date of birth, Email address but no passport details, I read on the englandfans question and answer article that englandfans have acknowledged that passport numbers may have changed but they are unclear as to whether it matters or not regarding these tickets

    Cheers Matthew and David,
That link seems to have worked, just got to check for mates now as I'm sure one of their passport numbers has changed. What happened to the days of filling a form out with the amount of tickets you wanted and posting it to Lancaster Gate and miraculously the tickets for both home and away matches turned up via the postman a few days later.

    Am pleased Phillip.

As David has said I think you're like him and myself and have two profiles on the UEFA site. One which has your passport and one which doesn't.

    Am pleased you're sorted though.

You owe David and I a half pint

In fact I'm going to start a spreadsheet (like the caps table) to keep tabs on who owes us what drink.

Will certainly buy the two of you more than half a pint should our paths cross. Am going to attempt to buy the actual tickets a bit later when I have learned how to turn the computer on as the phone is to small to see

Did you get this resolved Steven? Can I just ask did you get different access codes for you and your son? I've just had one, and it will only allow me to add one ticket. I've never had a situation where one of us has been allocated a ticket and not the other!

I had same problem using Google Chrome. It kept timing out on screen where I put my mates code in. Switched to Internet Explorer and had no problems.

blogs: Graeme Le Saux: Youth or experience for second Miami test?

The game against Honduras tonight is the final chance for a player to stake their claim for that World Cup opener against Italy next Saturday, and warm-up matches are key - just look at Michael Owen at France 98. The build-up to this tournament and that one 16 years ago is similar in many ways because there was a lot of experience in that England squad that I played in, and Michael really burst onto the scene. It was...

blogs: David Stone: Marvellous Miami is just like I pictured it

I've been to the US a few times before, but Miami really lives up to every cultural stereotype you can think of. It's big, bright and brash, not to mention full of hordes of identically-dressed, beautiful people. I’ve been to watch the Miami Marlins, the city's baseball team, in a local derby against the Tampa Bay Rays. While the stadium itself was two-thirds empty, the dozen or so England fans there...

blogs: Tim Vickery: Honduras and Professor Suarez lie in wait for Hodgson's hopefuls

The fitness of the Uruguay striker permitting, England have a date with Luis Suarez on 19 June. First, though, comes an encounter with his namesake on Saturday. Honduras are coached by Luis Fernando Suarez – a man who England fans have cause to...
