EURO 2020

UEFA EURO 2020

Refunds

Anyone else still not received their refund from UEFA? Mine shouldn’t be complicated. The card hasn’t changed and I logged in a while back to make sure the IBAN and everything was there. It was on a debit card if that’s significant.

I'd be tempted to use this form below Clarke.

That way you will have a record of what was said and also ensures you can ask the right questions?

    In reply to Clarke Buckeridge:

There is no UEFA telephone number dedicated to fan enquiries. However, if you want to try their switchboard and ask to be put through to someone in the fan support team, the number is +41 848 002 727. It's a Swiss number.
